mushroom with butter and garlic and thymes. It's easy and really good side dish.

today for dinner was chicken with mushroom. I'm not sure if you can get anything like that inn other countries, but here we have awesome thing called "maggi idea", it's basically parchment paper filled with diferent hearbs. You put chicken between two sides and cook just like that.





MUSHROOM WITH BUTTER, GARLIC AND THYME

500g mushroom
4tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
2tbsp thymes
1tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper







Mix mushroom, olive oil and a pinch of salt and peper. Put it in the ove and cook for 15min, at 200C.

In the pan melt butter until it become brown and add garlic, cook for few minutes. Add mushroom and cook for 5 more minute. Before the end put thymes and after 1-2min turn off stove.
